Geoff has worked in the leisure security industry for the past twenty years and formed Tour & Security Management in 1995. The company has established a reputation for quality and professionalism that it set out to achieve from initial concept.
On entering the world of security in 1985 as a door supervisor,after several years, he formed and successfully ran his own security operations; supplying fully trained staff to outside broadcast units for TV shows and films etc. as well as many licensed premises.
In 1994 he joined Showsec International a security and crowd Management Company within the leisure and entertainment industry. Running his own operation alongside he was soon asked on a regular basis to supply and supervise his own staff for many events the company undertook.
Geoff became a key supervisor for the company, supervising and running the security operations at many established venues, to the point of being requested by some clients as the only supervisor they would accept.
In 1997, to further his already extensive knowledge, he undertook further supervisor training and, management training within Showsec International This provided experience in dealing with large event work at management level. In addition to event work he undertook close protection assignments during this period.
In March 1999 he was offered the opportunity to take the position of Consultant and Operations Manager within Show & Event Security Ltd, again running his own operation alongside and taking with him his highly trained staff to further use, of their security experience within the entertainment and leisure industry.
Geoff looked after all operational & logistical planning and staffing within the company up until December 2002 until a willingness to succeed at a higher level and constant demand for his own personal services led him to pull away, seeking to broaden his field further this seemed to be the right thing to.
Geoff is currently involved in the training of event personnel alongside fellow industry colleagues, as well as working towards accreditation of trainers to SIA approved status and participating in the newly developed Foundation Degree in Crowd Management taking place at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University.

Simon’s entry into event and entertainment security began in 1988 when he joined Showsec International. Within 2 years he acquired supervisor status gaining experience in staff management and event knowledge.
In 1992 Financial restrictions then pushed Simon into following a personal interest in aviation strategies and development leading to several years of security duties within all major London Airports, duties such as passenger profiling, X ray technologies, team leader of aircraft search teams and the training of new employees in the area of Health and Safety and searching techniques and procedures.
In December 1999 he joined Show and Event Security Ltd on a part time basis whilst still working for the major London Airports and soon established himself again at supervisor Level within the company, so much so that on occasions clients were left disappointed should their request for Simon’s attendance at their event be refused as he was already booked with another.
In May 2003,Simon along with several other staff joined Tour & Security Management to rekindle their working relationship with Geoff Bulpit. With his bit between the teeth attitude Simon has become a well-received member of Tour & Security Management and is a welcomed face by Local Authority and Police Liaison Officers at events.
Simon now includes business development within his busy schedule on behalf of the company as well as running events, attending meetings and flitting between airports and is always on hand to discuss clients requirements should the need arise.
